Privacy Policy

Pasian Kammal ("the App") is a Zomi and English daily Bible verse devotional app developed by ZOMI7TECH. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to deliver the App's core features:

• Device identifier: A unique device ID (derived from your iOS Vendor ID) is used to deliver your daily push notification with the correct verse. This ID is stored in our database solely for notification routing and is not linked to your name, email, or any personal account.
• Push notification token: If you enable notifications, we store your Expo push token to send you the daily verse notification.
• Verse cache: We store which verse was selected for your device today so the notification and app display the same verse. This is a single row per device and is overwritten daily.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any account information.
• We do not collect your location.
• We do not collect analytics or usage tracking data.
• We do not use third-party advertising SDKs.
• Reflection notes and favorites you save are stored locally on your device only and are never transmitted to our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

The device ID and push token are used exclusively to:

• Send you your daily Bible verse push notification at your chosen reminder time.
• Ensure the verse shown in the notification matches the verse shown in the app.

We do not sell, share, or rent your information to any third party.

4. Data Storage and Security

Device identifiers and push tokens are stored in a secured Supabase (PostgreSQL) database hosted on infrastructure provided by Supabase Inc. Data is protected using industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit (TLS).

5. Data Retention

Your device record is retained as long as you have the app installed and notifications enabled. If you disable notifications or uninstall the app, your push token may become invalid and will no longer receive notifications. You may request deletion of your device record by contacting us at the email below.

6. Children's Privacy

Pasian Kammal is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
